1% Owner procures the Buyer and there is no other Realtor involved. Wesley will write the contract, and process it through escrow for the Owner. Total Commission to be 1%.

4% Wesley procures the Buyer, writes the contract, and processes it through escrow. There is no other Realtor involved. Total Commission to be 4%.

6% Owner’s property sells through a Buyer procured through the MLS. Another Realtor represents the Buyer. Wesley's  Commission to be 3% and the other Realtor’s Commission to be 3%. Total Commission to be 6%.

0% You find the buyer and there is no other Realtor involved. You don’t want our assistance with negotiating and paperwork – that’s okay. We will willingly release your listing. You pay nothing. Total Commission to be 0%.
